Dealing

Once you are registered, you can place deals by telephone. We will carry out your transaction in a couple of minutes. If you are selling shares you will then need to send us the share certificate and transfer form. If you are buying shares, you will need to ensure cash is available in your chosen bank account for settlement on the settlement day.

Cash Management

We will ask you to set up a Direct Debit for your chosen bank account. We will pay sales proceeds to and take purchase costs from this account. Settlement for Certificated Dealing takes place 10 business days after the day of your deal.

Your initial dealing limit is £25,000, which we may be able to increase on request subject to certain conditions.

Keeping you informed

We will send you a contract note confirming the details of your deal, and settlement arrangements. This will be dispatched within two working days
